Add me to the list of unhappy customers. I sent 2 air fryers back months ago & still have no gift cards. I’ve called 3 times & get told “a form will be filed “ but no time frame.

I did everything I was asked to do from Best Buy after receiving a letter about the Insignia Air Fryer recall. This was on May 6, 2022. I sent back the fryer, and have never heard anything since.
