returned my Insignia Air Fryer recalled on April 23, 2022. Confirmation #{removed per forum guidelines}
Called 5/25, returned on 6/15
Called on 8/03 they told me the credit was emailed to me on 06/30. Told them that I never received it, so they escalated,Said I would get in 6 weeks. Never got it
Called 09/14,again they escalated, still nothing
Called 10/28, again they escalated, still nothing
Called 11/16 ,again they escalated, still nothing
Called the last time on12/02, escalated, still nothing
They just kept telling me to check my email and my spam or junk mail. I did not see it, I have checked every day
What is taking them so long and how many times do I need to call to get this settled.
If people are having problems getting the emails, why don't they just mail a gift card.
This is getting ridiculous and very frustrating
Hoping you can help get this resolved, since calling is not getting me anywhere

I also wanted to mention that my husband, Ron, purchased the Air Fryer for me for Christmas 2021, then it was recalled. That is why his name was on the original purchase, but I have been the one that has taken care of all the return and emails and calls.
But if you need to hear from him regarding it, you can always call and speak with him.
