We have also been waiting since we returned our air fryer in July. We have called the recall phone number almost 10 times and are told to check the email in the next coupe days your coupon is on the way. After every phone call no email and nothing in junk mail. We have confirmation the air fryer was received correctly still nothing. Really frustrated that we’ve done everything asked and only empty promises the coupon has been sent. Shouldn’t be this frustrating and difficult.
