I have been waiting 10 weeks from when they received mine and 8 weeks since it's been processed I called 2 weeks ago and was told it would be escalated still no response so I called today spoke with a supervisor she tells me they don't handle the refund and there is no number for me to call and best buy is not taking calls in regards to this. So no way for us to know when or if we will get our refund. If I owed best buy money they would have had me in collections already this is horrible customer service this company should be ashamed of the way they are handling this. I'm giving it 2 more weeks if I don't hear anything I'm contacting better business bureau and attorneys general office, if best buy don't want to do what they said they would do or take our calls they need to be held responsible.
