I have been waiting on my refund since after completing every step they have asked me for and yet I still haven’t received my $50gift card since june

Best buy is scamming us. Before returning you had to check if your model number was eligible. I called gave them my airfyer number and was approved. They send me the box to return my product, and was confirmed when received. After much fighting and arguing with them now they tell me my product is "unknown/ineligible" my model number was recalled If this was the case why didn't they return it to me? They kept it along with everything the refund. I give up! I will never shop here again and deal with this nightmare.
