This has been a terrible experience.

I sent the airfryer In since June 2022, but I am yet to receive my gift card.

I have spoken to 3 unhelpful agents who were unable to help me.

After waiting for 30 minutes, I finally spoke to yet another unhelpful agent at the insignia hotline call center who said that they have not received the airfryer and expects me to call UPS to track it down.

This is absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service.
