Yes, I have exactly the same story as you.  Only different is I returned mine the beginning of June instead of May.  I called about the same number of time because I was tired of waiting.  I received only the confirmation number to return and nothing after dropped off at UPS.  At this time, I am still have no fryer, and no refund!
