I too sent my Airfryer back the end of May. I have called 7 times and every time I get a different story about why the refund hasn’t been sent yet. They always verify info but come up with excuses as to why I haven’t received refund yet. The last 3 times they told me they would expedite my processing but I have never received any info to confirm that it was expedited. Absolutely ridiculous.
