I sent mine back mid June. I've called 6 times and emailed multiple times still no refund. OK BEST BUY where is our refunds it's now more November..

Also did the return process back in June and it is now November going on December, i have not received my gift card or even word from BB. Have called and emailed and nothing. What a big disappointment on BB they should be ashamed, terrible customer service, i wonder if they are treating the canadians the same or if its just US customers with terrible customer service.
