I’m in the EXACT same boat as you!! Sent my air fryer back in April and I had TWO of them that actually caught fire!!! I call every single week for updates just to get the same useless information!! The way they are handling this recall is disgusting and unacceptable! I sent the air fryer and I want my money back! Best Buy should be ashamed of themselves! When are you going to step up and make it right for those of us that have waited months for what is RIGHTFULLY ours!?? DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! 😡
