As previously communicated on this thread. The best thing for you to do is call the number for handling the air fryer recall at (800) 566-7498, and they should be able to answer any questions or look into your gift card for the recall.

SAME!! I have been going through my spam with a fine tooth comb for the last 8 weeks!! The thing is my friend who bought the same air-fryer received her gift card so I know it comes from "BestBuy Insugnia Air Fryer" so I have been looking for that in my email and NOTHING!! The card was not received on my end & they DO NOT CARE that we haven't received our refund!! Best Buy has our money so why should they care??

STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THE ESCALATION TEAM .. IT IS NOW AUG 3RD, 10 WEEKS SINCE MY RETURNED AIR FRYER WAS RECEIVED & I HAVE NO GIFT CARD, NO RESOLUTION & NO CONTACT FROM ANYONE AT BEST BUY TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE

TODAY IS 8/9/2022 & STILL NO RECALL REFUND EMIAL OR GIFT CARD
MY SHIPMENT WAS RECEIVED 5/20/2022 - WAS TOLD 3-6 WEEKS FOR THE REFUND - IT'S BEEN 11 WEEKS NOW & NOTHING HAS BEEN SENT TO ME
ALSO STILL NO CONTACT FROM THE ESCALATION DAPARTMENT EITHER THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO CONTACT ME SINCE JULY 20TH
