Hi there. Just curious if your issue was resolved? I have been waiting almost 10 weeks, and still no check for a $1,500+ purchase. Between multiple calls to the 888 customer service number, trips into my local store where the return was made and a previous post here... not ONE person has given me the same story and I am still without my refund check. If you did get yours, I'd love to know your secret.
