Re: How do I contact the fraud department?

Good afternoon, Pam,

Welcome to our forums, albeit under such unfortunate circumstances.  Discovering a suspicious charge on your credit card statement can be an understandably distressing experience, so I completely understand why you’d want to make sure this is addressed as soon as possible.

While we’ve removed the sensitive information you’ve provided from the public view of our Support Forums, I’ve been unable to locate any purchases or orders using the information you’ve provided.  If you’re still seeing this pending charge on your account, I recommend connecting with your bank or credit card company as soon as possible, to report this incident with them, and follow any advice they offer to you.  I would recommend requesting they cancel and reissue the credit card that was used as well.  Additionally, if you have an account with us on, I recommend changing your password as soon as possible.

I hope this helps, but if you have any other questions or concerns, our Knowledge Base article Help With Unauthorized Orders on may provide additional insight, otherwise, please don’t hesitate to ask, and we’ll be happy to offer any additional assistance we can.
