I have been trying to get a General Manager for the Best Buy Mansfield for over 2 weeks now. Nobody will call back or help
They have my money and computer !! and won't give me either back

Thanks for writing in! @SPOPATT is totally right, here. We would love to see what we can do to help, but we do need a bit more context so we can know best how to proceed on your behalf. Did you perhaps drop off your computer with Geek Squad for a repair previously? If not a repair, what do you mean when you say the store has your computer?
