I need your help, how can I file for a dispute or file a formal complaint with Best Buy? I am going online to see if Better Business Beauru can assist or a consumer protection agency..

Also, I am investigating right now to file a complaint with the State of Nevada Department of Business - Nevada Consumer Affairs. I don't want this bad experience that I had with Best Buy, Squad Team, Best Buy Support line, Best Buy Chat support and with the store manager at the Reno store to happen to anyone else...

Best Buys DOESN'T CARE, I've been dealing with this issue for several days, I requested a manager when I called the support line, waited for 45 minutes and a manager never came to the line, I went to the Reno Store and the store manager didn't help, I've given Best Buy several chances and several days and still NO CALL from anyone....
Best Buy is BBB accredited with an A+ rating? will please tell your management to train the support agents, sales agents, and managers better, the way I've been treated it is not an A+

Yes, you should be able to see that from the business page. BBB is like Yelp, it's a private company that allows reviews and handles issues. Maybe it's beneficial when dealing with small companies, but big retailers like Best Buy already have teams in place to handle this....without the middleman and added time. The end result is going to be the same in either case, Best Buy follows the same policies if you reach out here or reach out there. These are same ones posted in store/on our website/printed on receipts.

I am sorry but you didn't attempt to do anything.... you sound like a victim now, this is so wrong in so many ways.... do youself a favor and think before your make a post and definately think twice before replying to a customer's complaint.... I've been shopping with Best for over 20 years and their support has gone the drain lately...

You've been having an issue with Best Buy for over a month? contact BBB right away, try to find a consumer protection agency in your state as well, I know Best Buy is a big company, I am sure they have tons of customers but we should NOT allow them to treat us like they are going to make us a favor.... this is so wrong, especially in my case that I had paid for the geek squad warranty for 5 years, I paid for the service, THEY ARE NOT DOING ANY FAVORS TO ME, I AM ASKING FOR SERVICE THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR IN ADVANCE!
