I have gone through the troubleshooting tips, I have called best buy support and was bounced around to people on multiple days. When I go to HP site it says I am registered with Best Buy Program. However, when I go to account at best buy it tells me I need to enter my serial number on the HP site, which it is, and it will go no further.
