I am also having a HORRIBLE time getting my printer set up for Easy Replenish. I am getting an error message that is telling me "To get your Easy Replenish enrollment going, you need to enter your printer’s serial number on Brother’s website." However, when I purchased my printer at Best Buy, the serial number was entered into the system & Brother got that information. Plus it also got the serial number when I registered my printer, so this error message should never have appeared. Until this error message goes away, I can't complete my enrollment. My printer was installed by the Geek Squad home services on 10/18, for which I paid $79 & today is 10/22, & I still have not been able to get Easy Replenish to work for me. I have spent countless exhausting hours on the phone with Brother & Best Buy until my eyes & brain no longer work & I am beyond frustrated & upset at this point. I have been told that a second email address exists for me, which I did not create that needs to go away, but neither Brother or Best Buy is willing to admit they have the power to remove this email address for me. Once this erroneous email address is removed, this error message is supposed to go away, so I have been told. This should have been something that maybe took 30 minutes to set up, not 4 days!

Easy Replenish is supposed to make it nice and easy for our customers to get their replacement ink delivered on a timely basis or just when your printer is starting to run low! It disappoints me to hear that you've been having some trouble getting it set up, and I'd be happy to point you in the right direction for assistance!

If you review that information, and are still having troubles getting Easy Replenish for your printer set up, please reach out to your appropriate printer manufacturer (Brother) for further assistance.
