I am having the same problem, I received and am charged for easy replenish orders that I can not cancel. I have called a number of times and it does not show up on my end or on my easy replenish page and I CANNOT CANCEL IT!
I should not have to spend any more time on this. Can you please fiugre out how to make these deliveries on items I HAVE NO USE FOR?

Welcome to our community. I was unhappy to hear that you've encountered obstacles to cancelling your Easy Replenish subscription. I regret any inconvenience that you've incurred over this concern.
You should be able to cancel your subscription via your account on BestBuy.com . Please head over here for instructions on how to sign in to your account. Once in, you should have the ability to cancel that subscription.

Thanks for your reply. I have replied privately but I am posting here as well because too many people seem to have the same problem with easy replenish.
I have no problem signing into my account on Best Buy. I initially ordered two of these filters online for in store pickup. Then inexplicably I received one on "easy replenish" which I never signed up for. I tried to cancel this order on my best buy account, but there was no option to cancel because there is no record of it existing. After many attempts to speak to someone knowledgeable about easy replenish, I finally spoke to a representative and she confirmed that I do not have an active easy replenish subscription and I will not receive anymore filters, but yesterday another was sent, delivered to me, and charged to my account.
I have spent way too much time on this already with many hours on hold and dropped calls from Best Buy. Please resolve this for me. I don't have time to return all of these unwanted filters to my local Best Buy store.

I have been informed that the Easy Replenish subscription for the water filter has been cancelled. You should not receive another unwanted shipment.
