I just had an issue with your Philippine based customer service. I ordered two items, both pre orders. One arrived, another stuck in processing. (You do have a problem with that and EBay is a quick solution for me). Your rep stated that even though it does state quite clearly Get By Tuesday February 5, that it being a pre order makes that all wrong and it would not ship out until Tuesday. If true that is false advertising on your part.

Have you changed your policies (Wally World is also nearby for that) or is just a training issue.

I did give you guys a second chance since the American CS person offered to waive the shipping charge to get it to me by Wednesday after I cancelled the order. Can someone make certain it is shipped out in time to make here by Wednesday?

Welcome to our community.  I'm a strong believer that contacting any retailer for help shouldn't be a complicated process.  Like many others, I've definitely had my share of troubles reaching particular companies for help with my orders or prior purchases, and I was saddened to read your recent phone calls to our support teams didn't live up to the standard of service we aim to offer.


Hopefully, your pre-order arrived safe and sound today as you were advised over the phone.  If that didn't happen, though, I'd be happy to take a closer look at your purchase.  I would just need for you to send me a private message with your order number, along with your full name, email address, and phone number.  If needed, you can send me a private message using the button in my signature below.

Thank you Steve I also placed a Corprate complaint and a bbb complaint and I was told they would be reprimanded for their actions not sure if it’s true but thank you for your response

I never received my order as it was suddenly placed on back order. This after being “assured” that it was merely waiting for USPS to pick it up. It would be several MONTHS before it might even be shipped! Oddly enough, after I cancelled the order, I went to Walmart and they had nearly 20 of the DVD and the BluRay/DVD combo. I do NOT appreciate being given the side shuffle by your CS people! Best Buy will not be my first choice for quite some time. I spent a lot of money with you. Guess where it may well go now!
