I was looking for the same thing pretty much. I accidentally disconnected from the Geek Squad Live Chat... NOT 1 TIME, TWICE! And didn't have a chance to receive the survey link when you finish the chat.

I too feel the agents who assisted me should be recognized for their time and help. I am sure they are more overwhelmed during the pandemic... Then to be knowledgeable, pleasant, and kind let alone keep it together says a lot about their character. And I appreciate that. It gives off good vibes which is why I continue to shop with Best Buy and utilize the Geek Squad services!!!

I know how much it means to me when I receive excellent customer service, so I'm thrilled to hear that your time with our Geek Squad Live Chat was the stellar support we aim to provide! I can certainly understand why you were looking forward to a survey to share your feedback on how happy you were with the agents that assisted you, so I'm glad you let us know when you didn't receive one.

 

While those surveys are sent at random, I'd be happy to look into those interactions to see if I can share your positive feedback with the leadership of the agents you worked with. I see that you sent us a Private Message with more details. I'll check that out now and respond there shortly for us to look into our options here!
