The Cell Phone saleswoman Takeerah (sp?) went above & beyond the call of duty to assist me during my Best Buy store visit this particular day! I was in Montgomery, AL store on July 19, 2019 around mid-day. She actually took time to transfer 20 years of (valuable to me) accumulated contacts from one (antique) flip phone to a 4G flip phone...& didn't even use a cord. Not only was she exceptionally proficient in her technical skills, she also introduced me to a little humanity @ Best Buy by taking extra time explaining Smart Phones to an aged individual. Treated me like a human being (unusual @ chain stores). Helped me decide to finally bite the bullet & purchase an I phone (wow!) Thank you very much.

Smart technology can be a bit overwhelming, and it is so nice to hear that the Blue Shirt that you worked with at the Montgomery store, took the time to make sure you were comfortable with your new purchase.
