I agree the customer support dept you tried to get on the Phone is terrible.



your customer support is terrible,I call for customer support. your CSR hung up on me & then I call back to report it to a Supervisor,& no Supervisor has gotten on line, the 2nd CSR has kept me on hold for 50 mins, telling me a Sup will talk to me "soon".now im transfer back on main hold line. 


I waited for another 20 minutes on the main hold line and got a new CSR. had to explain my situation to 3rd CSR. now waiting for this CSR supervisor to respond to me. 


this shows me your Customer Service dept via the phone in terrible.
