Hello I need coporate to help me with Citi Bank I sent a watch back to Best Buy returns via UPS well someone opened the package and stole a high end watch I complained to Citi bank and they want me to pay for it 349.91, I didn't steal it and someone from UPS is willing to pay the claim for this but Citi  keeps lying to me every agent you talk to tellls you a diffferent story Please help me

Unfortunately during the return period you are still responsible for the minimum payment due on your account until the item is returned or the claim is completed.. As Best Buy can generally help with customer inquiries as this Citibank on the other hand services your card, if you have not already let them know about the situation.
