Just had a horrible experience as well. I don't know what is wrong with Best Buy customer. They literally make my blood boil. So many times I call them and after A LONG WAIT TIME, they hang up. I have phone record proof. My family literally purchases thousands of dollars of items from them each year and this is how they teach elite customers. I need to cancel my order so I can order at another place and am unable to do so. They also charged my credit card without ever recieveing the orders, unbelieveable how poor Best Buy customer service is.
