Husband and I have tried numerous times to get credited in the amount of $757.74 that Best Buy owes Mark {removed per forum guideines} Best Buy credit card.  We have finally decided to no longer pay the bill and then see if they care enough to contact us and credit us.  With our particualr money situation, taking the hit to credit score will not impact us.

Welcome to our forums, and thank you for sharing your experience with us.  I'm sorry to hear there seems to be an issue with a refund your husband has been expecting, and your previous contacts with us have not resulted in the refund you've been expecting.  

 

If the credit card in question is in your husband's name, and the funds are owed to him, we'll need to hear from him to discuss this refund further, and explore what options might be available.  If he's still in need of assistance, he's welcome to create his own account here on our Support Forums, and send me a private message with his first and last name, phone number, email address, and some context surrounding this refund, and I'll be happy to take a closer look.

Regarding a mattress that was ordered. Only ordered and received one, but still have a charge on my best buy card for 2 of them. Best buy said it was ups fault, but ups said it's best buy fault and won't open a case because it's too late to do so anyway. Please call me!
