This happened to me as well except for $1500. Best Buy has rejected my claim and is trying to force me to pay for a product I did not receive.

In my case they used my Best Buy card and Best Buy is rejecting it.

The number 1-888-574-1301 on the back of the credit card is Citibank Retail Services, you can reach out that way.
