I've had problems with the site from the start! It's been over a year maybe 2 and it has workd only 2 months. Everytme I try to pay a bill it doesn't recognize me or my password. I have to reset it EVERY SINGLE TIME! I've had to go in to a store to pay it at least six times. The store most of the time can't find me for 45mins minimum. If they do I have to give them 5 forms of ID Social Security card, Birth certificate, and pretty sure I've even been asked for my former lifes ID, before I was reincarnated into human form! If I do get to make a payment online it will not show me a statement. The site sends me to the home screen where you guessed it it doesn't recognize me again. Then I get harassed by some collector that I can't undrstand what they're trying to say to me.This last time I tried a dozen times to pay my bill Unfortunatly after attempting for a week I lost my 20y/o son. The collector called and I asked for a extra week now because I had to come up with $11K unexpectedly for a funeral. Hard Enough to bury my son and best Friend without being harassed by this company with a defective online payment site for my card/account. I have made many, upon many, upon many attempts to get this horrible time wasting site corrected. With hours of time on the phone, in person at the stores, the only thing i hadn't tried was flying to the corporate office! This person from the late fee department had zero compasion. Then on top of that she lied and said i owed her 2 months payments of $$$. I told her that she was lying because my next months payment wasn't even due yet she said whatever then and gave me the correct amount. I was saddened and angry I hung up. My card was then canceled over a late payment (not two just 1 late payment) during the most tragic time in my life. This site/company, customer services are such a joke. I will never use this card again. I will never in life buy another thing from Best buy. I have been a loyal patron for decades. Best buy actually gave me 1 of my first credit cards when I was 17 or 18 and I'm almost 50. I know that Citibank is NOT Best buy, but they choose who they use and a company their size can pick any company in the world to represent on their behalf. Why they chose CB I'll never know.
Beyond annoyed,

I'll give you one thing, the online system can be frustrating to pay a bill. I had gotten someone nice from the department to remove the authentication from my account so I could do the security questions over again. But then I realized later I got locked out once more. I'm so forgetful with passwords I find myself resetting more than often.
So now I just call the number on the back of my Best Buy credit card and make a payment over the phone using the checking account saved in my account and they don't charge any fees. You need to call on the phone from the phone number your account is associated with or provide info through the automated system.
