Welcome to the forum, and thank you for reaching out regarding your trouble with our 2-Step Verification. I understand that you may have reset your phone, causing you to lose your authenticator app and backup code. Currently, I do not believe we would have a way to turn this off for you, or retrieve your backup code. With that said, I would be delighted to see what options we may have for you. I'm not able to resolve it yet. Can't believe I got myself locked out and there's no way to fix that.

Most companies have a way to manually remove 2FA from an account with some kind of verification from the account owner.
