Racist Experience

I went to your store and had a very inappropriate experience with a geek squad manager. He was the acting manager on duty...he yelled and screamed at me so loud that customers began to look. I have never been more embarrassed. He tried to give the opinion that I was trying to get something for free. Actually, the young lady did not do what she was supposed to and had he helped her he would have found it, because she tried again and did find my receipt. I have a recording of the young lady saying he was wrong. I sent an email asking that the DM be notified. The DM subsequently called me back and questioned me as if I had done something wrong. He then took about a week to send back a reply saying he was sorry that they could not find the receipt about the fact that as a black male in America I felt as if someone was very inappropriate toward me. I sent and email back asking for his bosses email to which he gave me the toll free number. I called that number on 10/3/19 the same day and made a complaint with your worker at that number. She said “wait for an email.” I have a recording of that conversation on today 10/14/19 I called back because I had heard from no one. The manager on duty in that department by phone...that person said that there is no record of that complaint. I told him I would be happy to send him a copy of the recording...he said he was unable to receive that. I was then given the run around again. So I asked why the DM would have given me that 888 bestbuy? I have a recording of that call. I then called the corporate switchboard and told her the experience...She transferred me to primary care who subsequently gave me a non answer...I have repeatedly tried to handle this internally and I am sad that with the way things are going in this country that you would not have handled my complaint responsibly. I will never shop at your stores again and will share my story so people can see how people are treated when they make complaints of racially inappropriate behavior. This is sad and disheartening.
