Racial Harassment

My step brother was racially harassed at the Best Buy in Apple Valley. The GM, Katie, acted on racist assumptions and assumed that my step brother and I were plotting to steal and then proceeded to ask my step-brother if he had the alleged stolen items in his pocket, which he did not. Then she claimed that she was going to take a look at the camera, which tells me that she didn’t even have evidence against us and acted on her racism.
When I went back today, I asked to see the video and she told me no. But if she has nothing to hide and has all evidence against us, she shouldn’t have had any hesitation to prove if I was wrong. Then she continued to harass me and tell me, “I’m just glad we got our stuff back,” but that doesn’t make sense either because if he allegedly stole this item then left the store with me (because we were angry and highly offended), how would he have been able to return it immediately (I was with him the entire time)?
The GM at store no. 1482 could’ve put my family member and myself into serious harm if she would have involved the police. She has no evidence against him because he never stole anything and I think it is absolutely ridiculous that Best Buy is ok with what happened.
In fact, when I was on the line with customer service, one of the representatives told me that I shouldn’t let this woman bother me and that this “stuff” (racial profiling happening at Best Buy) happens all the time.
Why would Best Buy want someone like the GM at Apple Valley to be representing their brand this way? This is unacceptable and I want something done about it. My step-brother and I shouldn’t feel uncomfortable and followed around Best Buy because this manager doesn’t know how to control her racist tendencies.
