REFUND ISSUE - SHOULD BE A CHECK NOT E-GIFT CARD

Hi, Best Buy.

 

My first order was 4/23 and delivery schedule was 4/27.

Then email came with "delayed, if not delivered by 5/11, we will issue a refund"

I made a refund case with your agent on 5/12 because nothing delivered.

By 5/18, no refund check or any email from you, so I called / chatted many time then you sent me e-gift card not a check.

I paid by cash (over $800) and your refund policy is "a check" not a gift card.

I emailed many time but no answer.

I chatted and called many times but nothing clear so far.

 

WHO CAN HELP??

I AM SUPER STRESSED since my first order on 4/23.
