I returned a defective laptop on 08/18/2021 valuing $586 i was told it would take 7-10 business days to process. Today is the 10th day i decided to contact my bank and was told i have no pending refund and was told that the refund was declined.
My bank advised me to contact best buy to see what caused the issue. I spoke to several agents no one could give me a proper explanation as to why my refund was not processed and where my money is.
THIS IS MY FIRST TIME MAKING A PURCHASE WITH BEST BUY AND I AM COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED!
I would just like this issue to be solved so that i can make another purchase for a laptop.
