Questions about exchanging an item

Hello, I purchased a pair of beats X before my vacation in Jamaica. Unfortunately I'm not enjoying them as much as I thought. I understand that you have a 14 day return policy, but I won't be returning to the United States untill the 31st of January. My question is can I exchange them for a different pair of headphones when I return? Store credit would be more than enough for me since I simply just want to buy another pair from Best Buy. I will make it my priority to switch them out if I can have an extension of a few days on your return policy. If this helps in any way my member number is {removed per forum guidelines}. Thank you for anything you can do, and thank for making me a satisfied customer in the past.
