Recently I've been having problems with my Steelseries bundle particularly the Apex 3 keyboard not working as intended. I realize now that the time period to even exchange had expired and was wondering if I could return the product and buy the same product as if I was doing an even exchange with extra steps. The only problem would be that it was on sale when I got it (black Friday) and was wondering if the full price would be honored as I assume that there's no sale on it currently and would like to just buy the same bundle over again as I can no longer even exchange. I had a nice chat with a person at support but I realize now that the product and its exchange date expired. Any extra info that would help smooth things out would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
