Purchase Dropped after 15 Day Return Period

I love Best Buy and understand that the policy is 15 days to return computers. I bought an HP Chromebook on 1/25 for $599 and now it's $150 less and it's unfortunately after the 15 days by a few days. It just doesn't feel right to now have overpaid by $150 when I've only had the device less than a month. I called my credit card company and they don't have a price drop protection service. Is there anything else I can do or Best Buy will do?

Welcome back to the forums.

 

As you noted, most customers have 15 days to return most products under our Return & Exchange Promise. We are only able to apply a price match during that period, under our Price Match Guarantee.

 

If you are an Elite or Elite Plus My Best Buy member, we could perform that price match up to 30 or 45 days from the purchase, respectively. If so, please reach out to me through a private message with your name, email address, phone number, and the order number or customer service PIN from the bottom of your receipt. You can send that message through the link in my signature.
