Hello! So in May of this year, I purchased a stove and a blender, each with their own protection plan. I returned the blender (gift for someone, but they had just bought a blender), and the protection plan. On my Best Buy account under orders or purchases, it shows that both blender and plan were returned, and I was refunded the money. But under my protection plans in my account, it shows that the protection plan for my stove was cancelled and the blender, which was returned, still has an active plan? Can someone help me out with this please? Thank you.

It was incredibly kind of you to want to purchase a blender as a gift, but I understand that the purchase didn't work out as the recipient had already purchased one themselves. Returns should be a simple process, and it sounds like things appear to have been processed appropriately as you see the blender and it's plan appropriately returned.
With that said, I can definitely understand the concern when seeing the incorrect plan cancelled. This is certainly peculiar given what you see reflected on your purchase, and I would be delighted to take a closer look at things.
