I initially contacted a chat representative regarding a $80 sale price adjustment on my TV purchase($86 with sales tax included) on 12-18-2018 and was promised the refund at that time. After not seeing any refund after 3 weeks I contacted the chat support again on 1-9-2019 and was again informed that I was due a refund but it could one billing cycle (est 30-45 days) for the refund to be processed to my Best Buy credit card. I saved that chat transcript for my records. I still have not received any refund on my Best Buy credit card and it has now been several months.
