I baught a dishwasher that didn't work. I called and was told I was going to get a full refund of $1,019. I confirmed this amount with the rep on the recorded line. She verified. Then only received a partial refund. I called back and spoke with Mary and she put me on hold to call the distribution center and got approval for $189 dollar refund. It never came so I called again and spoke with supervisor Angela 2151 who said she would put in a request?? A request?? Excalate??
She said bottom line is that you are calling to request a refund. I explained, no, I was calling to follow up on my refund that I was promised by two Best Buy reps. Still nothing! And to add to their horrible customer service they called me the wrong name 3 differnt times. I'm trying to get in touch with Keri {removed per forum guidelines}. I know someone who went to Univ. of Iowa with her.

I can't beleive Best Buy hasn't contacted Ken!
Ken has a recording of them promising refund from Supervisor John P and issue numbers.
