I recently looked up my lease on my tv. I wasn't informed of the 3 month program to pay it off sooner and afford it. I am now paying over $1700 for an $800 tv. I had surgery back in August and have been struggling to afford all my bills because I'm not allowed to move much or work on until I am healed. This tv should have been paid off many months ago. I am sorry but after this I may never go to Best Buy again after this tv is paid off. I have done nothing but struggle with this.

Generally, this information is provided in a leasing agreement that's sent to you when you apply for the lease. It will show the amounts you will owe depending on the time you pay off the lease. I've used progressive, the information is listed a bunch of times, both on sign-up and in the information they send you. The 3 months is also not the only early pay off option. If you log into your account or call them you can save a bunch paying it off early even after the 3 months.

You know. If my father and grandparents weren't all 3 in a race to see who passes away first I may have been able to see that and avoid this situation. I have $250 or so left on the lease anyways. I just have an issue with a lease company not being helpful in any way. If I take it back I don't get my money back. I don't blame best buy. But the lease company I will never use again.
