Problem with return of Microsoft Office 365

I need assistance with a return I made in a store today for an item I purchased online. My order history clearly states I have until today to return Office 365 (which I never activated). however when the store processed the return it was for a credit of $0 - not the $49.99 which I paid. I have all my documents and would like help outside of this public forum, but have not been able to locate an email to contact.

Welcome to our community.  Whenever a product doesn't meet my needs, I trust that I will be able to return or exchange that item for something else that will get the job done.  Digital downloads and most software are considered final sale and are thus non-returnable under our Return & Exchange Promise, so I'm a bit surprised to hear you saw something that indicated you were able to return your copy of Office 365 to our store.  In addition, our registers in-store shouldn't have the ability to process returns for those items that are considered final sale as we do not have a definitive way to verify whether or not a software key code has been redeemed.


Do you have a receipt that indicates you were refunded $0?  If so, please send me a private message with the Customer Service Pin from the bottom of that receipt, along with your full name, email address, and phone number.
