Thanks for reaching out. I've heard so many good things about the movie, it's definitely on my to see list. Having those digital copies can be so convenient to watch without having to constantly put in a disc or while you're on the go, so I understand that receiving an error would be unwelcome.
As these codes are included in the packaging, we're not able to directly support the redemption of the digital copy. I recommend reaching out to Fox's Digital Redemption support team though to see if they can provide assistance with this. You can view some troubleshooting options on their page here, and if those don't work there is an email address that you can use to connect with their support team.
