Pricematch refund no update

I have been told by numerous separate agents that my price match refund has been processed but it never appears on my bestbuy order/account page and I’ve never received email confirmation (checked all folders). They keep telling me that it’s been escalated to the backend team and to wait anywhere from 24 to 48 hours for an update. Multiple times I have waited and not received an update or confirmation. I UNDERSTAND THE REFUND ITSELF MY NOT HIT MY CREDIT CARD FOR A BILLING CYCLE.

After repeatedly being told “not to worry” and “trust me” that my “processed” pricematch refund would reach my account in 24-48hrs (for over a week now), I have now been told that my refund may no longer go through. This is after I expressly asked the agents and expressly confirmed that it was processed. Now the item I wanted is no longer in stock at the other retailer so my only option is to return the product now if it’s denied (which it seems it likely will be). Apparently the rule (which multiple of their agents clearly don’t know) is that you can’t have multiple price matches on the same item if there is another drop in price. You have been warned.

That's true, it's spelled out pretty clearly in the price match policy. 1 price match per item per order. You can't price match more then once, also you can only price match one item if you ordered more then one.
