Price matching

I bought a drone Oct.4th 2019 i was in the Best Buy store in Saginaw, MI and it was 100.00 cheaper. When i spoke with the manager about it, he told me that it was over the 15 day return policy. I informed him that I didn't want to return just the price difference. He told me that he could not do that because of the return policy. upon examining the receipt there is nothing about the price matching policy on there. I looked around the customer service area and there was no info about the price matching policy there either. I have never had any problems with purchases from your company. All i want is the difference in the cost. I would hate to become disgruntled over something that can be rectified by compensatory reimbursement and perhaps a posting in the facility and on the receipts. I apologize if the manager at the local store didn't explain better, the price match guarantee is firmly tied to your return/exchange period.  This should be contained within the return/exchange policy sign in store, posted at the registers, and located online.

The relevant text copied and pasted for your convenience, it is located near the top under "Special Considerations":

 

  • If we lower our in-store or online price during the return and exchange period, we will match our lower price, upon request.

Please do remember, that our Price Match Guarantee is meant for use at the time of purchase, and our Return & Exchange Promise is what has you covered after purchase. As you were outside of your Return & Exchange Promise, it is accurate that we would not be able to match our lower price.
