Price match

was told identical items are a problem for price match..

 

I was told this is per order...

 

I will be refunding tv and turn around and order it again to get the lower price.. 

 

Why is the customer jumping through hoops to do this ?

 

Lesson learned...  if your buying identical tvs from Best Buy, separate them using separate order numbers...

Welcome to our forums, and thank you for sharing your experience with us.  Per the terms of our Price Match Guarantee, identical items should qualify for a price match, as long as the request is made during the return and exchange period, and all other terms of our Price Match Guarantee are met.
