I bought a TV from best buy saw Amazon had it on sale for 220 cheaper requested a price match they approved it and here it is almost a month later multiple calls t o customer service multiple answers as to why its taking this long and still no refund

When the price match is over a certain dollar amount it goes thru a second approval process. Thier communication is very poor. In many cases they don't even tell you it was denied.
When a moderater responds they can look it up.

If it was a prime day sale or the model was one number off they will almost always denie it

As well as if you matched it after the purchase it would not qualify anyway as they match themselves during your return period and other venders at time of purchase.

Not at all they actually accepted the price match I have the text thread spoke with a couple of customer service reps they claim they don't understand why is taking this long the television had a return date of Jan 16 which was fine if would just return and rebuy it but now it's saying I can't return it because of the price was matched but it wasn't
