Thanks, its been a few days and no response. I used to be able to email and it would be taken care of. I couldnt call as I was in europe until yesterday. I tried chat but it wasnt available. Little frustrating - i do have elite plus so atleast my return window is still open.

sadly i couldnt use chat until monday, they basically told me to pound sand as it was a weekend sale that had passed, i tried to explain that i tried to make contact and even provided the link to my forum post. I was told i have 45 days to return it.
