Price match

Trying to get a price match. I ordered a 12” MacBook last week for $849 but today it’s only $799. I can’t find chat. I’d rather not return and re buy. Thanks.

The forums work on a first come, first serve basis and it can take a few days for a response from a forum moderator. Considering it is Friday and the sales can change on Saturday night - you may want to contact the 1-888-BestBuy number for assistance.

Thanks, its been a few days and no response. I used to be able to email and it would be taken care of. I couldnt call as I was in europe until yesterday. I tried chat but it wasnt available. Little frustrating - i do have elite plus so atleast my return window is still open.

sadly i couldnt use chat until monday, they basically told me to pound sand as it was a weekend sale that had passed, i tried to explain that i tried to make contact and even provided the link to my forum post. I was told i have 45 days to return it.
