I purchased a fridge through best buy only because they have this price match. I did this online in the chat. I was first told i would get 109 and said ok paid, then i checked the price match difference which was a total of 450$. so I went back to the chat told them about it and they processed another refund. But I didnt get anything in my email confirming this and I have not got paid. They told me it would take 10 business days, which is tomorrow. There has been NO payments to show we have recieved the refund. Is this 10 day rule true? or did they lie to me??
