Price match guarantee

I purchased a refrigerator in October.  It was delivered November 11th.  I received a "birthday reward" at time of purchase. The price dropped  before delivery and I have been emailing and calling for 6 weeks now looking for my credit. I don't know where the call center is located for BB credit card, but I don't seem to be getting through to them in regards  to my price match guarantee credit due. I also am having a difficult time understanding what they are saying, except for being told that the credit has been processed, even though it has not posted to my account, and to check bestbuy.com/price match. It shouldn't take 6 weeks+ to get this resolved. Looks like I will be purchasing my remaining 4 appliances valued at over 6k elsewhere and canceling my BB credit card.
