Price guarantee

I bought a LG refrigrator on 5/24 for 2399.00 and when I reaserched the price online I found it cheaper at sun valley appliance for 2099.00 so I called best buy customer serivice and spoke to one Mr. Jason for alomost an hour and he was going back forth with his sup. and in the end he did not help with my refund as I found a cheaper price and he said his leadership person will call me back and that was Mr. {removed per forum guidelines} who never called me back and it has been 4 days. I have decided that I will return the product back to Best Buy as I have 15 days to do so and buy it from Sun Valley appliance.

Taking advantage of their return and exchange is an option they have. With their price match guarantee, it's at the "time of purchase" to receive the discount. However, another option I would suggest would be to head into the store where you're planning on returning it and speaking with a leader there to see if there are any options available to price match the request after the purchase. Not saying an adjustment could be made, just a suggestion to save you the hassle of another return, purchase, waiting for the new one.

Choice is always yours in this free market. Either way, I hope you find the refrigerator that is at the price you were eyeing.
