Hi I bought a TV that is still being delivered, and it went on sale for a couple of days. Now the price is back to the purchase price.can I still have best buy price guarantee even though I was uunable to get the refund in time? The price did drop during return period.

Regarding your question, @nckhammond is correct. To price match a lowered Best Buy price, a customer must contact us while the lower qualifying price is still in effect and during the Return & Exchange Promise timeframe. Something else to note in your situation is that price match processing cannot take place in store when the order is scheduled for delivery. In such a situation, be sure to call (888) BEST-BUY or (888) 237-8289.
